Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves Flavorful and Easy
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 0.25 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and olive oil. Pour this mixture into the meat mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season the mixture with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small, oval-shaped loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the meatloaves drizzled with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
