Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are completely coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure there is space between each wing to allow for even cooking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once done, remove the wings from the oven and brush them with any remaining marinade for added flavor.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the wings for a few minutes after baking.
