Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 0.25 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang on the sides to easily lift the bark out later.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Scatter the mixed berries over the yogurt layer, pressing them in slightly to ensure they adhere.
  5. Sprinkle the granola and chia seeds (if using) evenly across the top. Add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.
  7. Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and lift it out of the baking sheet using the parchment overhang.
  8. Break the bark into pieces using your hands or a sharp knife.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the bark pieces in a colorful bowl and drizzle with additional honey if desired. Serve as a refreshing snack or dessert!
