Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps Tasty and Easy Meal Idea
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 4 cup pickles, sliced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- for grilling Olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the beef mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your preferred doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, warm the flour tortillas on a separate skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- On each tortilla, layer a grilled cheeseburger patty, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the fillings, folding the sides in to secure everything.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing each wrap in half for easier handling.

Serve the wraps on a wooden board or platter, garnished with extra pickles and a small bowl of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
