Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the honey, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place the pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Pour any remaining marinade over the salmon bites.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- For an extra caramelized finish, switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
