Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots Delightful Simple Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.
- Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are thoroughly coated in the honey garlic mixture.
- Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are evenly spaced to allow for even roasting.
- Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, tossing halfway through cooking for even browning.
