Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts Flavorful and Spicy Treat
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 0 to taste Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic. This will be your glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the Brussels sprouts and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
