Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0 to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 0 to taste Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic. This will be your glaze.
  4. Pour the glaze over the Brussels sprouts and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  9. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
