Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey mixed with chili flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh herbs (like chives or parsley)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add hot honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed. Adjust the heat by adding more hot honey if desired.
  4. Once everything is well mixed, transfer the ranch to a serving bowl.
  5. For added freshness and a pop of color, chop fresh herbs and sprinkle them on top of the ranch before serving.
