Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ cup pickles, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving the rendered fat in the pan.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the crispy bacon and both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese into the cooked beef. Let it melt slightly (about 2 minutes).
- Warm the flour tortillas slightly in another pan or microwave to make them pliable.
- On each tortilla, layer in about ¼ of the beef and bacon mixture, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, red onions, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- In a clean skillet, heat a little cooking oil over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
