Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe peaches, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 2 cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2 Greek yogurt
  • 1 4 crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 4 chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 2 cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently to coat the peaches in lemon juice to keep them fresh and prevent browning. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Use an electric mixer to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the diced peaches into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans, making sure they're evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle some additional chopped pecans on top for garnish.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve with dippers like apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzel sticks. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
