Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 12 meatballs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Take a biscuit from the can, and using your hands, flatten it out into a disc. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and a meatball in the center.
  6. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to completely seal the dough around the meatball and cheese.
  7. Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the meatballs are cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve these cheeseburger bombs on a platter with a side of marinara sauce or ketchup for dipping, and sprinkle a little extra Parmesan on top for added flair.
