Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Delight
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should get approximately 12 meatballs.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Take a biscuit from the can, and using your hands, flatten it out into a disc. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and a meatball in the center.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to completely seal the dough around the meatball and cheese.
- Place the stuffed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over each cheeseburger bomb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the meatballs are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
