Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no filling escapes.
  6. Place the sealed bomb on the baking sheet seam-side down. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning for flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on a serving platter and garnish with additional fresh parsley. Serve with a side of ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy warm!
