Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring no filling escapes.
- Place the sealed bomb on the baking sheet seam-side down. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning for flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
