Jalapeno Popper Bites Flavorful and Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 pieces fresh jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, generously fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to secure it.
- In a separate bowl, place the breadcrumbs and lightly season them with salt and pepper.
- Gently press each filled jalapeño into the breadcrumbs, coating the cheese filling completely.
- Arrange the jalapeño popper bites on the baking sheet. For added crunch, you can lightly brush or spray the tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the breadcrumb topping is golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
