Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 to 6 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
  • to taste fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Add the chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for added crunch.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving for a pop of color.
