Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 large eggs
- 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey, gently mixing them with your hands.
- Add the breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped spinach, grated parmesan cheese, and spices (thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper) to the meat mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the meat mixture and use your hands to blend all ingredients together until fully incorporated. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
