Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 whole ripe peach, pitted and diced
  • 1 whole banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • to taste none fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, place the diced mango, diced peach, and sliced banana.
  2. Add the coconut milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the blender for a chilled smooth texture.
  5. Blend on high until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides for even blending.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend again if any adjustments are made.
  7. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for an extra touch of freshness.

💡 Chef's Notes

For an eye-catching presentation, layer the smoothie in the glass and add peach slices on the rim.
