Mango Peach Sunrise Smoothie Fresh and Flavorful Treat
Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 whole ripe peach, pitted and diced
- 1 whole banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 0.5 cup ice cubes
- to taste none fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, place the diced mango, diced peach, and sliced banana.
- Add the coconut milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
- If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender for a chilled smooth texture.
- Blend on high until all the ingredients are smooth and creamy. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides for even blending.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend again if any adjustments are made.
- Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for an extra touch of freshness.
