  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut carrot fries, olive oil, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the carrot fries until they are evenly coated with the maple glaze and spices.
  4. Spread the carrot fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded for optimal crispiness.

  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
