Ingredients
- 0.5 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)

- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, matcha green tea powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the matcha is fully dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
- Add the chia seeds to the matcha mixture and stir well to make sure the seeds are evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to swell and create a pudding-like consistency.
