Mayonnaise Parmesan Chicken: A Flavorful Delight for Everyday Cooking
Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with additional salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture, ensuring an even coating on both sides.
- Next, roll the coated chicken in the breadcrumbs to create a crunchy crust. Make sure to press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken for a better hold.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, leaving some space between each piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C) and the tops are golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
