Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers Tasty and Easy Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small slider buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Big Mac-style sauce (mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon sweet relish, and a dash of mustard)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly seasoned.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through to your liking.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- While the cheese is melting, toast the slider buns on the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading a tablespoon of Big Mac sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place the cooked cheeseburger patty on the sauce, followed by a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, pickles, and a few chopped onions.
- Cap each slider with the top half of the bun and press down gently.
- Serve warm with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
