Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
- 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
- 0.25 cup vanilla protein powder
- 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips
- 0.25 cup crushed nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 0.25 cup M&M's or colorful candy-coated chocolates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
- Add the vanilla protein powder into the mixture and blend well until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, and M&M's (or candy-coated chocolates) until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing once more to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture has been shaped into balls.
- Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
