No Bake Strawberry White Chocolate Truffles Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and pureed
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch salt
- as needed additional graham cracker crumbs, for coating
- as needed fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the chopped white chocolate over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and strawberry puree. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully integrated.
- Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Roll each truffle in the additional graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once set, garnish each truffle with a half strawberry on top before serving.
