Olive Cheese Bread Appetizer Savory and Flavorful Treat
Ingredients
- 1 large French baguette
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 2 grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 2 black olives, pitted and chopped
- 1 2 green olives, pitted and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 2 red pepper flakes (optional)

- 1 4 fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise and place the halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped black and green olives, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette halves, ensuring every inch is covered.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then, sprinkle with fresh parsley for an added touch of flavor and color.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm as an appetizer.
