One-Pot Creamy Beef Pasta Simple and Satisfying Meal
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the pot. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Stir in the penne pasta, ensuring it's evenly distributed among the beef.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot, allowing it to simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt and pepper if necessary.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
