Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese and plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the olive oil, smoked paprika, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  3. Using a fork or a hand mixer, blend the ingredients together until creamy and smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, mix until just combined.
  4. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed for flavor.
  5. Transfer the Paprika-Feta Dip to a serving bowl. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with pita chips or an assortment of fresh vegetables like carrot sticks, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips.
