Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, grated carrots, diced bell pepper, and deli turkey or ham.
  2. Add the garlic powder, ranch seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  4. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Be careful not to spill any filling out as you roll.
  6. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a serving platter, and sprinkle with fresh herbs for an extra burst of flavor and color.
  8. Serve with your favorite dip, such as salsa or ranch dressing.
