Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup milk (or more for desired consistency)
  • 1 serving assorted dippers: graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and softened cream cheese.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and milk. Beat until the dip reaches your desired consistency; if you prefer it thinner, add more milk a tablespoon at a time.
  4. Once smooth and creamy, taste the dip and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle a bit of peanut butter on top for decoration if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
