Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs Delight
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers or a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal it tightly, forming a ball.
- Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each biscuit ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops for an extra flavor boost.
