Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for dipping Marinara sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to seal it completely, forming a ball. Pinch the seams to ensure the cheese will not leak out during baking.
  6. Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush each biscuit ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and risen.
  9. Remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
  10. Let them cool slightly before serving, and enjoy with marinara sauce if desired!

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the cheese bombs on a decorative platter and garnish with additional chopped parsley for a pop of color. Serve warm for the best gooey cheese experience!
