Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs Delight
Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- to taste salt and pepper
- for dipping Marinara sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers or a rolling pin.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to seal it completely, forming a ball. Pinch the seams to ensure the cheese will not leak out during baking.
- Arrange the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each biscuit ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and risen.
- Remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
- Let them cool slightly before serving, and enjoy with marinara sauce if desired!
