Pizza Roll Delight Quick and Easy Snack Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough for added flavor.
- Distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Layer the sliced pepperoni over the cheese, followed by a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, making sure the filling stays inside.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 1-2 inch thick pieces.
- Place the rolled pieces cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil to give them a golden finish as they bake.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve the pizza rolls warm with a side of pizza sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
