Protein Cookies & Cream Overnight Oats Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
- to taste fresh berries or banana slices for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully blended.
- Once the mixture is smooth, fold in the crushed chocolate cookie crumbs, reserving some for topping.
- Divide the mixture evenly between two airtight containers or jars.
- Seal the containers tightly and place them in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Top each jar with fresh berries or banana slices and sprinkle with the reserved chocolate cookie crumbs for added texture and flavor.
