Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
  • to taste fresh berries or banana slices for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully blended.
  2. Once the mixture is smooth, fold in the crushed chocolate cookie crumbs, reserving some for topping.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between two airtight containers or jars.
  4. Seal the containers tightly and place them in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Top each jar with fresh berries or banana slices and sprinkle with the reserved chocolate cookie crumbs for added texture and flavor.
  7. Enjoy your Protein Cookies & Cream Overnight Oats cold or heated slightly in the microwave!
