Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • a pinch sea salt
  • to taste fresh berries or sliced fruits (for topping)
  • to taste chopped nuts or granola (for crunch)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the bowl. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Gradually pour in the coconut milk while continuing to whisk until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Aim for a whipped consistency.
  4. If you want extra fluffiness, use an electric whisk for a few minutes until the texture is airy and creamy.
  5. Scoop the protein fluff into serving bowls or jars, and top with fresh berries or your choice of sliced fruits.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts or granola on top for additional crunch and texture.

Serve in clear jars or bowls, and add a mint leaf for garnish to enhance freshness!
