Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup tomato juice

- 1 whole avocado, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, diced

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice and fresh lime juice, stirring well to blend.

- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
