Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the marinated beef slices in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- While the beef is resting, prepare your pita or naan by lightly heating it on a dry skillet or grill until warm.
- To assemble the sandwich, lay the warm bread flat and spread a generous amount of tahini sauce in the center.
