Savory Shrimp Ziti Easy Recipe for Dinner Delight
Ingredients
- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.
- Reduce the heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Then, stir in the fresh spinach and cooked ziti, mixing everything well to coat the pasta.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat.
