Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0 to taste fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  3. In a slow cooker, combine the beef cubes, minced garlic butter, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and beef broth.
  4. Stir everything gently to ensure the beef is well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, gently stir to combine the butter sauce and beef bites for even flavor distribution.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
