Smoky Corn on the Cob Tasty Grilling Delight
Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime zest and juice of
- to taste fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil and then generously sprinkle the spice mix over all sides of the corn.
- Wrap the corn in aluminum foil, making sure they are tightly sealed.
- Place the foil-wrapped corn on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and cooked through.
- Carefully remove the corn from the grill and let it sit for a few minutes before unwrapping.
- Once unwrapped, drizzle the juice of the lime over the corn and sprinkle the lime zest for an extra burst of flavor.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
