S’mores Cookies Delicious and Easy Treat Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs gently until evenly distributed in the cookie dough.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie as they will spread while baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden while the center remains soft.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
💡 Chef's Notes
Stack a few cookies on a cute plate and sprinkle some extra graham cracker crumbs on top. Serve with a side of chocolate sauce for dipping!
