Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried

  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add the fresh spinach as the base.
  2. Layer the sliced strawberries over the spinach.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese across the top.
  4. Add the chopped walnuts and the thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
  5. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
  7. Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients well, ensuring the spinach is coated with the dressing.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
