Strawberry Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese Delight
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
- 1.5 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 0.5 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 0.25 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the baby spinach, sliced strawberries, red onion, and toasted walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top of the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, tossing lightly again if needed.
