Sweet Chili Garlic Edamame Flavorful Snack Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups edamame (in pods, frozen or fresh)
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- If using frozen edamame, cook them according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside. If using fresh edamame, bring a pot of salted water to boil, add edamame, and cook for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cooked edamame to the skillet, and stir well to coat the pods with the garlic oil mixture.
- Pour in the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and the flavors meld.
- Remove from heat, season with salt to taste, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added crunch.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired before serving.
