Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef (or plant-based alternative) to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, approximately 7-10 minutes.
