Taco Ranch Bites Perfect for Easy Gatherings
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package small flour tortillas or mini taco shells
- 1 whole avocado, diced for topping
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water (about 1/4 cup). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the meat is well coated and flavors have combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing with shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- To assemble the bites, lay out the mini tortillas or taco shells on a serving platter.
- Spoon a generous amount of the taco meat onto each tortilla.
- Top each bite with a drizzle of the ranch cheese mixture, followed by diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and chopped green onions.
- Finish with a sprinkle of diced avocado and garnish with fresh cilantro.
