Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 cup diced pickles
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 0.25 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, cooked ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the filling mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about an inch clean around the edges.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside. Once rolled, use your hand to gently press the edges to seal.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the filling to firm up and the flavors to meld.
- After chilling, remove the roll-ups from the refrigerator and unwrap. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 inches wide).
- Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter, garnishing with fresh lettuce leaves for a pop of color.
