Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 2 unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 2 baking powder
  • 1 2 salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 2 white chocolate chips
  • 1 2 milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes. Lift them out using the parchment paper, if used, and let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
