Triple Chocolate Skillet Cookie Irresistible Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 0.5 cup brown sugar, packed
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
- 0.25 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and walnuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
- Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or an oven-safe skillet) with cooking spray or a bit of extra butter.
- Pour the cookie dough into the skillet and spread it evenly to the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is just set but still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
