Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 whole banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional for a kick)
  • to taste cubes ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, pineapple chunks, and banana.
  2. Add the coconut water (or regular water) to the blender. This will help with blending and add a tropical flavor.
  3. If using, add the Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
  4. Drizzle in the honey or agave syrup, and add the grated ginger if you like a bit of spice.
  5. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut water or regular water to reach your desired consistency.
  6. For a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and incorporated.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend again briefly to combine any additional ingredients.
