Ingredients

  • 4 ounces goat cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup mixed olives, pitted
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small baguette, sliced into rounds
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add honey, dried rosemary, and garlic powder to the cheese mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. In a small frying pan over medium heat, lightly toast the walnuts until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. On a platter, scoop the cheese mixture into small mounds, forming approximately 4-6 individual dollops.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts on top of the cheese mounds for added crunch.
  6. Arrange the mixed olives and dried cranberries around the cheese on the platter for color and variety.
  7. Place thin cucumber slices alongside the cheese and olives for a fresh and crisp element.
  8. Serve the sliced baguette in a basket alongside the platter for dipping and spreading.
  9. Garnish the entire platter with fresh herbs for an aromatic touch and colorful presentation.
