8largelettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce)

0.5cupshredded carrots

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
In the large bowl with the chicken, add the creamy mixture and stir until evenly combined. If desired, fold in the diced celery and shredded carrots for added crunch.
Carefully wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Lay them flat on a serving platter or large plate.
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf, ensuring you don’t overfill them so they are easy to wrap.
If using, sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over the top of the chicken mixture.
Garnish with fresh cilantro for an added burst of flavor and color.
Serve immediately while the filling is warm, allowing guests to enjoy the wraps fresh.
