Jalapeno Peach Hasselback Kielbasa Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into Hasselback style
- 1 ripe peach diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
- 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the kielbasa into Hasselback style by making vertical cuts about 1/4 inch apart, ensuring you do not cut all the way through. You want it to hold together about 1 inch at the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peach, chopped jalapeno, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Carefully stuff the cheese and peach mixture into the slits of the kielbasa. Use a spoon to gently push the mixture down into each cut.
- Place the stuffed kielbasa on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the kielbasa is heated through and the edges are crisped.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
